In this fast-paced business environment, the Marketing team, in charge of maintaining and developing our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for a Marketing Manager (Fixed-term).

The Events & Marketing Manager oversees the company's event strategy and execution including in-person and digital event programs (webinars) and ensures event objectives and business goals are met. You will work with Marketing and Sales teams in both US and France to ensure global events are well planned, coordinated, measured and evaluated. You will have the opportunity to work on additional digital marketing initiatives as well.
You will:
- Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop the annual event strategy (webinars and in-person)
- Ensure event processes, feedback and reporting is documented and visible to all stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment. Report on events results and key learnings
- Lead pre-event planning including event logistics (materials ordering, communications with event organizers, team registrations, hotel booking, shipping etc...)
- Lead and engagement strategy including: awareness building, special events and preparation of on-site attendees as well as speakers.
- Lead the team at some of the events such as set-up, schedule and other activities. Some global travel required
- Lead post-event activities such as lead imports and reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team members on all aspects of lead generation, messaging, speaker management related to events. Ensure efficient, accurate and timely campaign tracking and ROI measurement
- Manage inventory of booth properties and swag
- Coordinate speaker and topic selection as well as preparation for all events
- Schedule, setup, and facilitate online webinars and promotion of online webinars
- Manage event promotion on social media and event apps
- Assist with other digital marketing initiatives to support the team such as campaign creation/management, email, graphic design, video development, social media and the like.
- At least 2 years of event management experience required with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Proficient in marketing campaign management and measurement as related to events
- Adept in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Marketing Automation, & Canva
- Proactive communication, ability to articulate problems/challenges
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate on multiple activities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated in a remote work environment.
- Strong team player who values teamwork
