Location: Location is Three days hybrid onsite in Mountain view or New York Office however preference for a candidate in the Mountain view office.

Job Description
  • We're looking for a highly motivated Partner Recruitment Specialist to join the partner team and take our business to the next level.
  • This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and recruiting agency and service partners who can help drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with the partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to design and execute recruitment strategies that align with our broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a structured partner recruitment plan targeting agencies and service partners in key markets or verticals.
  • Identify and qualify potential agency partners through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Manage the recruitment funnel from initial contact to signed partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (partner managers, marketing, partner enablement, and sales) to design compelling value propositions for partners.
  • Support onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth transition into active collaboration.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., meeting volume, conversion rates, time to close, etc.).
  • Provide market insights to improve partner recruitment strategy and messaging.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in partner recruitment, channel development, business development, or agency relations.
  • Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM, partner management, outreach, and other AI driven sales tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
