Unlike traditional primary care providers, we are rapidly expanding and are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team.

The Clinical Medical Director will play a vital role in overseeing and training primary care providers (PCPs) at your center. This leadership position is accountable for enhancing the execution of our core model, focusing on improved clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will also engage in direct patient care, tailoring your time allocation based on the needs of your center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care for acute and chronic illnesses, particularly in older adults.
  • Take full responsibility for patient outcomes, collaborating with specialists as necessary while maintaining direct involvement in patients' care.
  • Engage actively with hospitalists for any of your patients admitted to the hospital.
  • Oversee the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and care coordination for complex health needs.
  • Lead a dedicated care team, ensuring all patients receive outstanding support.
  • For patients unable to visit the office, coordinate with transitional care and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead weekly meetings such as Super Huddle and Transforming Care Meetings, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Support the recruitment of new patients and healthcare providers to enhance the center's operational success.
  • Mentor and coach PCPs to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Center Operations Director to drive financial performance and membership growth.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related field.
  • Active physician licensure in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience, preferably in a geriatric or family practice setting.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for training and recruitment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
  • Must possess a current DEA number for controlled substances.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

PAY RANGE: $231,876 - $331,251 Salary
