Principal Business Analyst, SAP Order?to?Cash (OTC)

This position requires strong communications, planning and technical skills working directly with various levels of the business and external vendors. The role will focus on SAP OTC Pricing, Rebates and Billing including integration to 3rd party systems (ModelN and BillTrust). You will perform high?quality project and support work for stakeholders, continue to build the SAP capability at Lantheus and foster its continued growth within the organization.

The position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on?site three days per week, and is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Work with business users on incidents and enhancement requests.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad?hoc training and user support as required.
• Work independently, coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and in a team?oriented, collaborative setting.
• Continually assess the impact of emerging SAP technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for IT management.
• Develop productive relationships with business across the organization to influence how SAP applications can enable new sources of value.
• Execute methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall) and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and continuous improvement.
• Update and maintain all SAP/WRICEF functional documentation.
• Conduct unit tests, integration tests and regression tests as needed for enhancements and projects.
• Have good understanding of Life Sciences guidelines including GAMP, 21?CFR?Part?11, etc.
• Communicate well and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance and ensure all work activities are conducted within the regulatory requirements, related policies and procedures, and corporate objectives.
• Execute good development and documentation practices.
• Evaluate and shift priorities appropriately based on multiple considerations and changing demands.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing for areas of expertise with other colleagues.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst with an emphasis on the Life Sciences industry.
• Expertise in pricing and billing.
• Life Sciences industry experience utilizing Model N preferred.
• S/4?HANA solution experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle and process improvement methodologies, including iterative development practices.
• Commitment to requirements management practices with the ability to control project scope.
• Excellent oral and written skills for drafting detailed business requirements and presenting solutions to business users and IT team members.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem?solving capabilities in applying practices and procedures to project needs.
• Experience with business process modeling and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to apply processes and methodologies.
• Understanding of web technologies; knowledge of SAP and web application servers is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is a major plus.
• Must be able to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.

The pay range for this position is between $111,000 and $185,000 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job?related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance?based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, may also be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits include a comprehensive health benefits package with medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage; life and disability benefits; pre?tax accounts; a 401(k) with company contribution; and a generous time?off package including paid vacation, holidays, sick days and paid parental leave.
