As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Senior Process Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this position will perform continuous improvement and sustainment of manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and ensure proper quality.

An overview of your responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and industrial processes
  • Drive manufacturing process enhancements based on production data to attain product quality and production efficiency goals
  • Create and maintain production work instructions and tools lists
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Ensure processes and equipment adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
  • Help lead and mentor other process engineers-providing technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with design engineering by providing design for manufacturing feedback for new product introduction
  • Conduct problem solving efforts using industry standard tools
  • Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation)
What you'll need, among other things
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with progressive advancement
  • Proven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software
