As a Surgical Technologist I, you will assist in creating a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures. This role emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe surgical area, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Utilize aseptic techniques for preparing surgical materials and equipment.
- Effectively set up the operating room for each procedure.
- Function as a Second Assistant when required.
- Address equipment and supply issues promptly.
- Transport patients and/or equipment safely.
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care needs.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- No prior experience is necessary; we will train dedicated candidates.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Exposure to various hazards; appropriate protective gear will be provided.
