Our team is developing PipelineAI, a sophisticated SaaS platform powered by AI, aimed at transforming pipeline generation for our clients. We tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions, leveraging advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLM). Our small but talented team promotes agility and flexibility, enabling engineers to take full ownership of their projects from conception to rollout while ensuring quality at every stage.

Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product Team, you will engage in technically challenging and ambiguous projects, enhancing our product offerings and improving our technology. You will integrate LLMs and AI technologies into our platform, pushing the limits of innovation to deliver exceptional features and user experiences. You will own every aspect of feature delivery, from coding to customer rollout, while receiving direct feedback to enhance our products continually.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop customer-centric applications by creating new features and improving existing ones.
• Apply cutting-edge machine learning, LLMs, and AI technologies to enhance product functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create mission-critical applications.
• Conduct rapid prototyping and iterative development based on user feedback.
• Ensure our core functionalities are stable, scalable, and continuously improving.
• Continuously expand your technical skills to address challenges related to reliability and performance.
• Contribute to team culture and support fellow engineers through mentorship and setting high standards.
• Support scalable, high-availability services vital for our customers' business needs.

Qualifications - Technical Skills

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in all components of modern web applications.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, systems design, and large-scale, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred), and data warehousing solutions.
• Stronger software engineering practices including coding, unit testing, and design documentation.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Proactive in communicating thoughts and ideas; valuing open dialogue.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) for production applications.
• Background in startup environments or scaling products/platforms.
• Experience in architecting within a monorepo.
