We are looking to fill two positions, one position being Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm and the other position being nights with weekend availability. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you apply
About You:
- You're a friendly, approachable team player with a passion for hospitality.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with both guests and team members.
- You're eager to learn about our food, beverages, and to-go process to provide top-notch service.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests.
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service.
- Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
