We are looking for a Strategic Pursuit Leader to join our Client Growth team, focusing primarily on large deals valued at $50M and above.

As the Pursuit Leader, you will orchestrate and manage the entire strategic pursuit cycle. Your responsibilities will include crafting engagement strategies and understanding value drivers, propositions, and the competitive landscape. You'll also engage with client stakeholders, including board members, and delineate a clear decision process and timeline for approval. Additionally, you will create and refine actionable Pursuit and Win Strategies, ensuring alignment with required business outcomes and continually adapting these strategies as the pursuit progresses. Your role will also involve facilitating high-value renewals through the creation of assessment and execution processes in collaboration with Industry Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic pursuit engagement plans, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Establish early connections with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and deeply understand their current needs and challenges.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the life cycle of complex, multi-faceted high-value proposals.
  • Design win strategies that align with customer business goals and technology needs.
  • Lead the collaborative solution design process with NTT, partners, and client organizations.
  • Work across a multi-solution, cross-functional organization, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain alignment on the vision, scope, and value proposition of the solution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to create innovative solutions.
  • Navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment, driving strategies with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in information technology enterprise sales or complex deal pursuits.
  • 10+ years leading new business deal pursuits and closing complex deals focused on delivering value-add offerings.
  • 8+ years of experience in structuring deals across various technology domains including cloud, data, security, and applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (4 additional years of applicable work experience).
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
