Century Group's client is seeking a temporary Finance Systems Administrator to join their team. You will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives for the agency's information systems, applications, and tools. This role requires a strong financial background to enhance management, reporting, and organizational planning by analyzing complex business problems and deploying technology solutions and automation within Intacct. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $45 to $55 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and support Intacct, including software upgrades, staff training, and end-user support.
  • Manage and prioritize projects and daily operations, including platform incidents, requests, changes, and problems.
  • Support reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence activities, ensuring data access, visualization, security, and access controls.
  • Anticipate support needs and develop new procedures to meet future requirements.
  • Assist with adding and updating program budgets in financial systems.
  • Support the annual budget process and year-end audit as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in quality control, monitoring own work to ensure quality.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and listening abilities.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, self-motivated, and accountable for timely follow-through.
  • Maintains high standards of confidentiality with all records, including organizational and individual information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sage Intacct.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
