We specialize in one-on-one quality personal care and companionship in the home, hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation center. We tailor care plans to our clients' needs, whether they are transitioning from the hospital to home or just need companionship for a few hours a day.
Silver Lining Home Health Care is looking to hire part-time or full-time CNA / HHA Caregivers to provide in-home care services to our clients Located in Middletown. - Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follows infection control procedures
- Maintains client privacy and confidential client information
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Experience operating a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
