About Our Client

Job Description
  • Develop and manage preconstruction budgets and project estimates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed project schedules.
  • Review and evaluate bid proposals to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to finalize project plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
  • Present preconstruction plans and updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Precon Manager should have:
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in preconstruction or project management roles in the construction department.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and estimating processes.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering quality results within set timelines.
