Job Description
- Develop and manage preconstruction budgets and project estimates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed project schedules.
- Review and evaluate bid proposals to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to finalize project plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
- Present preconstruction plans and updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Precon Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in preconstruction or project management roles in the construction department.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and estimating processes.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering quality results within set timelines.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 150,000
