Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Ewing, NJ

Pay Range: $23-$25

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Verify parts and materials against assembly documentation and ensure proper fit and function.
  • Perform basic mechanical testing and inspection of completed assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and safety standards.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Proficient with hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and assembly principles.
