- Responsible for administration, support, and optimization of Windows-based systems and services within the silicon engineering environment.
- Manage and triage support tickets related to Windows systems
- Administer user accounts and permissions
- Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and security updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and application issues
- Maintain documentation and version control for all installed software
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
- Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
- User account and access management
- Experience with hybrid environments (Windows/Linux integration)
- Security patching and compliance
- Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Collaboration with corporate IT and engineering teams
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800, AZ-801)
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
