Systems Engineer - Moorestown, NJ

Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000

In-Depth Engineering is seeking multiple Systems Engineers to support our AEGIS Combat Systems Engineering Agent (CSEA) program. Our team of engineers is responsible for system engineering efforts associated with AEGIS Baseline 10 and AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD). The work is performed at our customer site in Moorestown, NJ.

The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Moorestown, NJ. Work schedule - Flex 4/10 Schedule or Flex 9/80 w/every other Friday off - or a straight 5/8.

Qualified candidates must have an active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.

Duties
  • Perform design, requirements development, verification and validation for the user interface on the Aegis Combat system
  • Responsible for data analysis, requirements development, modeling and simulation, and support software integration and test
  • Derive and decompose requirements; perform tracking, validation, and verification
  • Perform as part of an Agile team to meet program performance objectives such as issue investigation and solutions
  • Interact with stakeholders to present new designs and improved capabilities
  • Ensuring technical schedules are met for assigned tasks

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer engineering, computer science, or software engineering
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experienced with MATLAB
  • Experienced with analysis and code inspections in Java, C++, or Python to troubleshoot software issues
  • Experienced with Linux Operating Systems
  • Experienced with Agile product development methodology
  • Experienced with Test Automation
  • Familiarity with Model Based Engineering and methodologies like SysML
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
