As an R&D Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA you will be responsible for testing, tuning, and helping to build new products. This will include the use of Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, Function Generators, and other test equipment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain test equipment, test stations, and tools
  • Help Test and Tune Prototype Assemblies
  • Maintain and update records for materials and prototype boards
  • Manage the inventory of the product and material
  • Use Computer for Automated Test Stations, and spreadsheet/database updates

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or higher in electronics
  • 5+ years of experience with RF system testing and troubleshooting preferred
  • Strong Technical Skills
  • Experience with RF system testing and troubleshooting preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OneNote
  • Proficiency in reading Schematics, Drawings, and Bill of Materials
  • Hands on experience with PCBA troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience with soldering
  • Experience with microscope

The hourly salary range for this position is $25/hr - $37/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
