Atlantic Group is representing a 3+ month Compliance Associate job assignment in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our client, a Hedge Fund firm with billions in assets, is seeking a candidate who can assist with ensuring compliance with the firm's Code of Ethics, supporting employee personal trading, and handling data review and entry.
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / HR
Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut
Responsibilities of the Compliance Associate include:
- Supporting employee personal trading activities
- Enforcing the firm's Code of Ethics
- Reviewing and entering data
- Performing various administrative tasks to aid the compliance team
- A bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in financial services or compliance is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong computer literacy
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to professionalism and the highest ethical standards
