Pay : $17/hr
Schedule : M-F 9:30a-6p
Type of Job : Contract to Permanent
Location : Tucker, GA

Customer Service Specialist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Resolve service and billing complaints through refunds, exchanges, account adjustments, or other appropriate actions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Manage multiple tasks independently, prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software.
