**Job Title: Maintenance Technician Per Diem**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment and facility issues, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and safely. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks for facility equipment and systems.
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures while performing all duties.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a per diem basis as needed.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Previous maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting is preferred.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Capability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
- Comfortable with standing, crawling, and climbing as part of the job duties.
