A hospice volunteer fills a unique role in providing comfort and support to patients and families by giving their gifts of time, energy, and compassion. Traditions Hospice is dedicated to providing outstanding care based on a core belief that integrity and respect for each other, our patients, and our community is the cornerstone to excellence.
Anyone can be successful in this role if you meet the eligibility requirements (background check, etc.) and follow these guidelines: respect the people involved, maintain appropriate boundaries, and develop an awareness of the situation. Don't worry, we'll mentor you
