Taco Bell is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we want dedicated team members who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Located at Black Mountain, NC, our team prides itself on meeting and exceeding hospitality standards.
As a Restaurant Staff team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with management regarding scheduling, customer service issues, and equipment concerns.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines related to personal safety, food handling, and equipment use.
- Ensuring products are stocked, maintained, and prepared to meet our quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Cleaning customer service areas, including landscaping, entrances, dining areas, restrooms, and food storage units as per manager's directions.
- Handling company assets responsibly by following cash handling policies.
- Contributing to team success by being a cooperative team player and communicating effectively with your peers.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Upholding hygiene and health standards, including frequent handwashing.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
