About the Role:

Join Turbo Diesel of Oklahoma as a Diesel Shop Hand, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our skilled technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering top-notch diesel services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in the repair and maintenance of diesel engines and equipment.

Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shop.

Handle parts and tools efficiently, ensuring they are available for use.

Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe workplace.

Support the team with various tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.

Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.

Previous experience in a mechanical or shop environment is preferred.

Basic understanding of diesel engines and repair processes.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
