Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a Business Analyst who will be responsible in supporting Rocky Flats site program in the collection, tracking, analysis, scheduling, and reporting of business and operational data for program and project management. Provide support for one or more technical managers performing specialized and routine tasks.

Job Title: Business Analyst (Rocky Flats)

Location(s): Westminster, CO

Status: Full-Time

FLSA: Exempt

Hiring Range: $ 56,485.00 to $75,000.00 per year.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.)

This position is required to travel less than 5% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow appropriate procedures and manuals governing Records Management activities and responsibilities.

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Developing, tracking, and submitting contract deliverables for timely submittals.

  • Gathers, tracks, and reports on site operations field activities on a daily basis.

  • Participates in meetings and presents the status and requirements for meeting scheduled contract requirements.

  • Prepares, reviews, and manages confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents. Coordinates these efforts with Document Management.

  • Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Protect and identify sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure according to Government regulations and guidance.

  • Conducts peer reviews of technical documents as requested.

  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

  • Provides support to Rocky Flats staff as requested.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental studies or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of data support, information management, project administration, management support or related experience.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid Driver's License

Essential Physical Requirements
