Overview

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team as a Project Civil Engineer in Boise Idaho Market. This is an exciting opportunity for a civil engineering professional to lead complex land development projects, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of land development projects-from grading and drainage to utilities and roadway design-while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with governmental agencies, mentor team members, and leverage your regional network to identify and execute business development opportunities.
  • Work on multiple projects (both public and private).
  • Preparation of utility plan and profiles
  • Preparation of grading plans
  • Preparation of roadway plan and profiles
  • Storm drainage calculations
  • Preliminary Plat preparation
  • Other design opportunities related to civil engineering projects
  • Coordinate with project design team members, clients, contractors and permit agency representatives regularly
  • Assist and collaborate with Ardurra construction administration staff during the construction phase of the project
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in, Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • 5-8 years of related experience in the site design and permitting
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) / EITs will be considered.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Highly self-motivated self-starter, able to forecast and initiate project tasks

Salary

$105,000 - $120,000
