LPN Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring care delivery
  • Coordinating resident care
  • Documenting resident progress
  • Assessing residents
  • Communicating and implementing changes as needed to provide the highest level of resident care
LPN Job Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) and be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Must be CPR certified
  • Long-term care nursing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of MDS
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Use of computers as applied to a health care setting. Point Click Care experience a plus.
  • Flexibility to work every other weekend and every other holiday
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
