Your Responsibilities as a Rehabilitation Speech Therapist

In your role, you will:

  • Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Identify communication challenges and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Document and track patient progress, performance, and response to therapies.
  • Celebrate and recognize patient triumphs as they occur.

Required Qualifications

  • Must hold current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • A Master's degree is preferred, although a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience is acceptable.
