This position involves ANACI clearance which requires candidates to be US citizens or Green Card holders for a minimum of one year.

Job Description
The FRFS business line is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end quality through close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other key stakeholders. This role requires strong ownership to define, implement, and champion quality practices that ensure high-impact delivery of software products.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions for business areas while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts.
  • Assist in building CI/CD pipelines to execute test scripts on schedule.
  • Validate end-to-end flows across multiple teams.
  • Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the product delivery team.
  • Ensure quality is built into the software solution throughout the development lifecycle by performing peer reviews and leveraging QA processes and technologies.
  • Develop and communicate software quality measures for reliability, compliance/accessibility, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with delivery partners to align QA services with product delivery approach and schedule.
Years of Experience and Education
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
    • At least 5 years as a Senior Quality Engineer.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills Required
Top 3 Hard Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Selenium).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.
  • Experience working with a cloud provider (AWS).
Additional Technical Skills:
  • Performance testing tools (jMeter).
  • UI and API automation for web applications.
  • Strong understanding of QA and testing discipline, including automation best practices and ability to architect/debug complex scripts.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Top 3 Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and execute test cases for large-scale projects.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to align QA services with delivery schedules.
  • Proven leadership and initiative as a Senior Quality Engineer.
