The Business Activator supports the digital transformation of the Supply Chain for a global consumer packaged goods company by enabling new capabilities that improve data visibility and end to end decision making. This role partners with Digital and Technology teams to support Business Performance Management processes, ensure successful activation of new tools and drive adoption across the supply chain. The Business Activator also serves as the voice of the product by gathering user feedback and working with the Product Owner and capability team to turn insights into meaningful enhancements.
Duties & Responsibilities

Lead change management plan and activation for Business Performance Management processes and tools

Drive integration of new digital capabilities into day to day operations to accelerate adoption across the supply chain

Partner closely with Digital and Technology teams to support data visibility and enable faster and more data driven end to end decisions

Serve as the voice of the product by helping connect business needs with capability development and activation

Intake enhancement and issue requests from users, triage to the technical team and follow up with users

Lead end user education efforts on digital tools including user trainings and onboarding

Support the Product Owner in collaborating with business teams to identify and gain access to key end users

Help the Product Owner and pod members with prioritization and clarifying tool needs based on process guidance and user feedback

Coordinate and facilitate sprint Sponsor Demos and end user feedback sessions to support continuous improvement and alignment to business value

Champion the user perspective by gathering feedback and helping translate learnings into actionable enhancements

Update learning and development materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical changes

Strong communication and facilitation skills
Education & Experience

5 years of experience in supply chain, change management or digital product rollouts

Project management certificate preferred
