Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Clinical Financial Analyst provides critical financial insight and analytical support to best enhance clinical operations. Responsible for daily financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis, this dynamic position requires analyzing financial data to support decision-making and improve overall financial performance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clinical departments to develop and monitor budgets, analyzing revenue trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The Clinical Financial Analyst will also prepare detailed financial reports, assist in strategic planning, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

What's Needed to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Proven knowledge of healthcare finance policies and procedures
  • Prior experience working in an acute care setting
