Your Day-to-Day:

As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll:

  • Compassionately provide assistance and supervision for all residents with personalized care and empathy.
  • Ensure residents' safety by addressing their needs with respect and maintaining a secure environment
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.

Requirements:

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
  • Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
  • Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Working Hours:

We are vetting candidates for future Awake Overnight positions across our Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 homes. Staff in this role must remain awake overnight while providing supervision and resident care.
