Title: Janitorial Shift Supervisor

Pay Rate: $17.00 hr.

Hours and Days: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Location: Charlotte, NC

What You'll Be Bringing to the Team (Responsibilities)
  • You will be the vital link between our management and the cleaning team, ensuring every corner shines Your duties will include:
  • General Cleaning Duties: Standard tasks like pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising janitorial employees and coordinating special cleaning tasks.
  • Quality Control: Working closely with the Manager to ensure the building is cleaned perfectly according to the scope of work.
Specific Requirements & Perks
  • Lead the Way: You must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
  • Be Responsive: The position requires you to carry a walkie-talkie radio at all times to respond promptly to any customer calls or needs.
  • Preferred Candidate: We are especially seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to best coordinate with our diverse team and customer base.
