Flynn Arby’s, a prominent name in the food and hospitality industry, is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Manager. Since becoming part of Flynn Group in 2018, we have grown to be the largest Arby's franchisee worldwide, with over 300 restaurants. Our mission focuses on excellence in service and operations across a diverse array of restaurant brands, including Applebee's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure effective restaurant operations.
- Train and support team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee inventory management while upholding food safety and quality standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling and maintain labor cost effectiveness.
- Provide team leadership to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized restaurant environment.
- Work with management to identify and implement operational enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the food/hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
- Awareness of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
