Job Description:
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly and looking sharp? We're seeking a Maintenance Technician for our class A brand-new Apartments to take charge of day-to-day operations at our apartment community. If you're skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and love creating great curb appeal, this is your opportunity to shine
What You'll Do:
- Lead the maintenance team to deliver top-notch service
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and structural issues
- Keep interiors fresh with drywall repair and painting work
- Maintain beautiful, welcoming exteriors and common areas
- Coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance schedules
- Ensure quick, quality responses to resident service requests
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
