Associate Dentist $20,000 Sign On Baton Rouge

Louisiana based dental group with over 40 years in the community is looking to add a full-time Associate General Dentist.

Practice Details:

  • Practice Full Scope Dentistry - including Endo, Perio, & Oral Surgery
  • Tenured Support Staff. Each Dentist will have two (2) RDAs.
  • Open Practice Layout with 20 Operatories including Vatech CT, In-house Lab, Surgical Room, and Adec Equipment
  • Thriving Practice has grown to 20 locations and over 150 Dentists
  • Capital City of Louisiana, with a Combined Population of close to 900,000

Schedule:

  • 5-day work week

Compensation:

  • Flexible Daily Rate or 30% of Adjusted Production, whichever is greater.
  • Earn upwards of $275,000 as an associate.
  • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for a 2-year commitment
  • Opportunity for Practice Ownership
