Lead Veterinarian

A growing small animal practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinarian to guide a skilled clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role provides the chance to mentor colleagues, oversee medical operations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with veterinary colleagues and support staff
- Provide oversight for patient care, including medical and surgical cases
- Support operational goals and assist with workflow and staffing coordination
- Foster professional development and mentorship among team members
- Build strong relationships with clients and the broader community
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent international qualification)
- Active or eligible veterinary license in the relevant state
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring abilities
