Behavior Technician

At Alight Behavioral, we provide impactful Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to engage in one-on-one therapy sessions that utilize positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques. We aim to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Whether you are new to the field or an experienced RBT, we welcome your application Full-time and part-time positions are available, complete with comprehensive training to help you advance in this meaningful career.

Job Duties:
Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions
Implement discrete trial training and natural environment programs
Teach essential play skills and social skills
Facilitate the development of self-help skills
Document session outcomes carefully
Provide behavior support in group settings
Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, etc.
Registered Behavior Technicians Requirements:
Completion of a 40-hour training course
Previous ABA experience is preferred
Excellent references are required
RBT certification is preferred, but we can assist you in obtaining it.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
