Senior Residential Property Accountant

We're seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Accountant to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our properties. As a key member of our accounting operations, you'll be responsible for managing complex financial data, analyzing trends, and providing insightful reporting to support business decisions.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • 3+ years of residential property experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience with Yardi software
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive annual salary: $98,000 - $105,000
  • Sign-on bonus
