Role Description

Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.

Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.

Develop custom forms and templates.

Integrate SharePoint files and folders with third-party applications.

Provide technical support for SharePoint users.

Implement and manage SharePoint security and access controls.

Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore developers (primarily India).

Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Consume APIs and integrate them with SharePoint.

Manage SharePoint Server configurations and services including:

Central Administration (CA)

App

Index

WFEs

Search

Caching

Crawling

Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly web pages.

Integrate front-end applications with server-side technologies.

Must Have Skills

Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions.

Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.

Strong knowledge of PowerShell and Node.js.

Developing custom forms and templates.

Integrating SharePoint with third-party/custom applications.

Providing technical support for SharePoint users.

Implementing SharePoint security and access controls.

Monitoring and troubleshooting SharePoint performance.

Strong experience with SPFx.

API consumption and integration with SharePoint.

Managing SharePoint Server services: CA, App, Index, WFEs, Search, Caching, Crawling.

Collaborating with UI/UX teams and backend developers (India).

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, modern web pages.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with server-side technologies.

Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads.

Coordinate with offshore teams, manage tasks, and own deliverables.

Track deliverables, risks, and issues; report to management.

Monitor and drive issues to closure.

Participate in testing, validation, and release activities.

Document design and code consistently during development.
