Behavior Technician

Qualifications:

  • · Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.
  • · Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors
  • · Ability to provide one on one ABA therapy
  • · Working in accordance with a team
  • · Understand how to take feedback and improve the skill set
  • · Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.
  • · Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • · Maintain client confidentiality
  • · Ability to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy.
  • · Proof of a negative TB test
  • · Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance
  • · Calm demeanor under pressure
  • · Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus
  • · Transportation may be required for certain clients


After training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need.

All Hires will start Part time.
