Part-Time | 10-20 Hours/Week | Flexible Morning or Evening Availability | Two Saturdays a Month

What You'll Do
Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome
Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
Handle filing, light admin tasks, and assist where needed
What We're Looking For
• A positive, energetic attitude and customer-first mindset
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and reliable with a proactive approach
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
• Team player with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Schedule & Availability
10-20 hours per week - Part-time
Flexible morning or evening availability
Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
