Qualifications for Shift Leaders:

  • Some high school education required.
  • Previous experience in operations is preferred.

The role may involve local requirements such as obtaining Food Handler certification, at your own cost.

Work Environment:

You will work in busy kitchen settings where temperatures can be high, and space is often limited. Employees typically remain standing for long periods and must lift items up to 50 lbs. Good communication skills and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment are crucial to success.
