Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date board meeting minutes

Assist in preparing and organizing board meeting agendas

Help manage communication among board members

Ensure compliance with bylaws and organizational procedures

Support board recruitment efforts and track board terms and records

Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in person)

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and written communication skills

Ability to manage confidential information responsibly

Prior nonprofit or board experience is a plus

Passionate about youth empowerment and community work

Must be dependable and responsive to communication

Time Commitment:

5-8 hours per month
