What we offer:
  • Pay: 88% of the gross load; automatic +1% every 6 months of active work.
  • Earnings example: Typical gross earnings range $7,000-$9,000 per week (load-dependent).
  • Support: We assist with registration, insurance, IFTA, and all required paperwork.
  • Transparency: Freight rates confirmed - full rate confirmation for every load.
  • Dispatch: No forced dispatch - choose the loads that fit your plan.
  • We do not take escrow and offer some of the market's lowest deductions.
  • Equipment & maintenance: In-house repair shop available for fast, reliable service while on the road.
  • Route: Over-the-road (OTR) only - no local runs.
  • Orientation: Remote orientation - you start from your home area.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate your semi-tractor safely and professionally for long-haul freight.
  • Maintain timely communications with dispatch and complete required paperwork.
  • Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety and compliance procedures.
  • Inspect and maintain your equipment to company and legal standards; use in-house shop as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL-A and required endorsements.
  • Owner-operator with tractor (semi).
  • Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience preferred.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and compliance with DOT requirements.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
