Staff Today is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a local contract job in Portage, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Correctional Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Nurse to work at a Facility in Portage, Wisconsin. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate : $42 / hour *W2 Shift Details: Class: LPN Shift: 1 Start: 13:00:00 End: 21:30:00 Job Responsibilities: Main duties: med pass, assisting with admissions and other standard nursing LPN duties. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide companionship and basic care to patients Administer prescribed medications to patients Minimum Qualifications: At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse Must have up to date credentials in the state of Wisconsin A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology If interested, please apply through this job post.
