As a Licensed Clinician with Thrive Alliance Group, you'll provide therapeutic services that support the social-emotional and mental health needs of students in K-12 settings. You'll work collaboratively with educators and families to promote insight, growth, and resilience, helping students overcome challenges that impact their learning and well-being.

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Active New Jersey Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential; LPC or LCSW preferred
  • Knowledge of developmental theory, evidence-based interventions, and family systems
  • Strong communication, documentation, and crisis intervention skills
  • Commitment to continued professional development and best clinical practices
What You'll Do
  • Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions to support student and family growth
  • Provide crisis assessments and interventions during emergent school-day situations
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including updates for IEPs, I&RS, and 504 plans
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to provide consultation, clinical insight, and staff support
