Established Accounting Firm – Full Time

We specialize in supporting small to mid-sized, closely held companies, as well as individual taxes and strategies, IRS mediation, trusts, and estates. Our firm prides itself on strong relationships, top-tier client service, and a collaborative, supportive work culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phones

  • Provide administrative support through filing, data entry, document organization, and general office tasks

  • Assist with order entry and ensure information is accurately recorded for easy access

  • Maintain an organized, efficient office environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer skills, especially within Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred

  • Experience with QBO or bookkeeping is a plus
