Client Service Specialist, Business Insurance

ResponsibilitiesAs our Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.
Qualifications- High school diploma required.
- Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Two (2) years Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.
- Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.

SalaryBase salary range: $34,700 to $64,600.
