Your Role:

• Engage in independent practice supported by a well-established hospital affiliation, providing comprehensive OBGYN services.
• Participate in a fully supportive team aimed at enhancing patient care and optimizing clinical workflows.

• Conduct patient assessments, care planning, and personalize care education to empower patients in their health journeys.
• Participate in a manageable call schedule: one weekday call shift per week and one weekend call shift per month.
• Receive mentorship from experienced providers—ideal for new physicians or PGY-3 residents.
• Ensure all surgical operations are conducted alongside experienced physicians for enhanced collaboration and support.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive women's health services, including office visits, deliveries, and a variety of surgical procedures.
• Perform a wide range of GYN procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Collaborate closely with specialists in GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU for integrated and holistic care.

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in New York or in the process of obtaining it.
• Board Certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain prior to starting.

Compensation generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500, reflecting base pay and potential bonuses based on various factors, including local labor markets and personal performance.
