Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for moving large and heavy pumps throughout the plant using a stand-up forklift, ensuring that materials are accurately staged for production and finished products are stored correctly.
Responsibilities
  • Operate a stand-up forklift to move large pumps around the plant.
  • Pull materials for the production team and stage them by the production area.
  • Store finished products in the correct location.
  • Track inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy.
  • Load and unload trucks, typically using a sit-down forklift.
  • Assist with assembly, material handling, and general housekeeping tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift.
  • Experience with inventory management and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
  • Experience working with large, industrial products is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
