Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist – SAP Business Analyst to support and enhance Flowserve’s Service-to-Repair (STR) processes in SAP.

This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, assist with configuration and testing, and drive user adoption.

The ideal candidate will help reduce cycle time, improve quote and cost accuracy, and elevate customer experience across aftermarket service and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Requirements
  • Document end-to-end STR workflows including intake/RMA, receiving, disassembly, inspection, quoting, customer approval, planning, repair execution, testing/QC, shipment, invoicing, and warranty/claims.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Identify pain points and propose solutions aligned with the global template.
SAP Solution Support
  • Assist senior functional leads with configuration in SAP modules supporting STR: CS/SD, PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, DMS, and Fiori apps.
  • Enable features such as serial number tracking, equipment history, warranties, core charges/exchanges, repair BOMs/routings, and COPA margin visibility.
  • Support pricing conditions for repair quotes and ensure accurate cost capture and settlement flows.
Testing, Training & Change Management
  • Create test scripts and execute unit/SIT/UAT testing; log defects and retest fixes.
  • Prepare SOPs, quick reference guides, and training materials; conduct end-user training.
  • Support go-lives, stabilization, and hypercare; meet ticket resolution SLAs and track recurring issues for continuous improvement.
Data & Integration
  • Collaborate on data management and integration activities to ensure seamless process execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst or ERP Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules related to STR processes (CS/SD, PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO).
  • Ability to document workflows and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Experience with testing, training, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aftermarket service and repair operations.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps and advanced SAP functionalities.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
